Plans?

or not... my biggest pet peeve ever, is when i make plans and they fall through, or plans pop out of nowhere and you cant make time for them because... well, it wasnt planned. so aggrevating. so please, just dont cancel on people, its annoying.

Why Oh Why...

so my mission papers are in. mostly. not sure they've been entirely submitted but the case is now out of my hands. crazy eh? the more and more i think about the mish the more nervous and surreal this whole endeavor becomes. along with all this futuristic thinking comes the marriage card. not that im "thinking" marriage, but honestly what girl DOESNT think about it?

it feels like now more than ever, i am surrounded by the married couple type. and with my new florist job, its even worse. especially sicne june and july are the biggest wedding months . plus the fact that both my ambitions in life revolve around people getting married. what did i get myself in to?

i find myself considering and dreaming about how my married life will turn out. not the who, but the when and where and what my marriage will consist of. i think about where we will live, in what we will live, what jobs we will be doing, what goals will we be working towards. all sorts of shibiz. but why oh why has my mind turned to these things when im about to leave. seriously. its annoying. and although i know thats not the direction my path is heading right now, its still haunting me daily. please make all the cute married people go away.


until then, i will try to stay focused on the matter at hand. p.s. i think i decided i do want to travel alot. not to all the cliche places, but my own dream locations. i want to experience unfamiliarity, and not speak the same language as everyone around me. anywho. these are my thoughts as of late. happy day.

Ok, so we all know ive been a little more than absent from the blogging world for quite some time. what? can you blame a girl? with school ending and such ive just been so kick back about everything. then i got another job, which leaves me with barely any time for the boy , my family, my church callings and... oh yeah, the whole mission preparing thing, let alone free time for blogging. sheesh man, but here we go. i just needed the right thing to get me riled up. and offff course. let the bacholerette be the thing to do it.

i am obsessed with this show. i get a little too into it. but oh how i love it. plus i love ali. i think shes so cute. alright, i just gotta quickly voice my opinion and stake my claim on my votes and nominations for this season. i hope and pray with everything that justin ends up with ali, if you hate me for that statement... well i just dont care. i like him, he literally has done NOTHING to deserve the comments and critisism he has gotten for the boys. and if you disagree i would gladly challenge you to provide me with evidence.

secondly, top three... kirk and roberto pretty sure. we'll see i guess. but the reason i dont think they will come into spot number one is because of this. first of all, roberto is great and all, hes sweet, charming and humble. AND he speaks numerous languages, who wouldnt like his pretty face? but they just dont completely fit to me. im not entirely sure what it is. maybe im wrong. like i said, we'll see. kirk. oh boy. i really like him. BUT! trouble is... hes just going to be the new kipton of jillians season. they have hot hot physical chemistry but it wont be enough to pull him through i dont think.

as for the rest of the guys, well i just hate them all. jerks jerks jerks. they have no room to talk, first of all

craig. oh brother what a joke. just because your a snobby lawyer doesnt mean you know everything. plus, for being a lawyer you cant present a very good arguement. but dont worry i figured it out. every season there is an "easy elimination" pick. youre it. she keeps you around for longer for an easy choose later when she has to make hard decisions and its down to the wire. thats all. ugh, i just grossed out just THINKING about you kissing her.

frank. your just a little too obsessed with the girl. you dont have as great a hold on her as you think you do.

jesse. your attractive but a little too young and dont know what a woman needs quite yet. you gotta take control of situations brother!

Long Time No See...

HALLOOO!!!

So, life have given me a few good opportunities these last few days. I had the awesome chance to work with Jaclyn of Bride and Blooms wedding floral. So fantastic. Shes amazing just in case your interested in flowers for your wedding. Shes got talent. She let me work with her on a wedding and I ended up putting together like 10 boutineres, 8 flower girl bouquets and 4 bridesmaid bouquets. It was hard work but well worth the time. I loved every second. She is showing me all I need to know about the business so it'll be great. Wholesalers, venues, every kind of arrangement, flowers galore. Thats what I love. Im looking forward to this summer. Its gonna be my last one here for some time so Im bound to enjoy it. Lots of things planned and going on. I cant wait. Thanks again Jaclyn for making my day! Havent blogged in a whole month. thats pure insanity. life is a little rocky. so much change taking place. im still trying to wrap my head around it. still working on the mission papers. they should have been in by now. shoot me in the head. next week. thats the goal. schools out for the summa! haha but i still find things to be stressed over. trying to find job # 2. we'll see how that goes. thank heavens i have job numero uno. job hunting sucks. other than that spending time with the family and dear kenny jones. happy summer to y'all, keep you posted. : )

All Except For...

I had the best time at Owl City last night, got to see LIGHTS, and this other really cool band Paper Route. (Could use a better name I admit.) but still good haha. I even got first in line, or CUT to the first of the line, and made it to first couple rows right in front of the stage. AWESOME!

Everything was going just swell and we're almost to owl city when this girl pops out of nowhere from my feet. ok... that was weird. she is like 4 and a half feet tall. alright. sure. tiny, frail and apparently gonna die or have a panic attack from all the moshing. i fear for her life. kenny and i work our very hardest to keep those in front of her from bashing into her. we couldnt even enjoy the last couple songs from LIGHTS. gay. where are your friends girl? no answer. do you want to get some air? no answer. space? noanswer. alright. you dont want to be helped? fine by me... except i cant just leave her to fend for herself! she literally gonna get smashed. thats when it happens.

She gets shoved to the floor and as kenny and mark are trying to keep people from falling onto/into her i grab her up from the floor. no doubt, not without a couple feet landing on her. ok, ah... we gotta get you out of here, she shakes her head no. AYKM right now? come on! she gets shoved again. awesome. she ends up landing in my arms, thats when she goes COMPLETELY limp. COMPLETELY!!! uh.... kenny! i need help. i dropped her to the floor. she was heavy, and im not all that strong ok? luckily this other guy saw and helped kenny carry her out. poor girl. completely unconscious. we had no idea who she was with or anything! it was insane. i hope she mad it out of there ok : (

Then we continued on our way to owl city haha, it was fantastic. so amazing. but on the way home of course it starts pouring. we had the super awesome opportunity of hydroplaning. so great.

Other than that! fabulouso haha. my grandma says when things go wrong it makes it more memorable. well thank you kenny for a night to remember : )

Summer Days Just Sittin Around...

I forget how much I REALLY dislike the winter until I am straight up faced with the summer. I forget how ornery I become in the dark, cold abyss of the winter months, until summer comes again! I forget how much I miss the warmth until Im basking in it... and THEN. without any warning it gets snatched away jsut like that within a day. i hate it. I love summer. It makes me happier than anything else. Im not kidding. If I could be in a place where in was all sun all the time I owuld be perfectly content with justhat and nothing else. Well except like people and stuff. Sigh... I wish it were here to stay. I mean really stay.

A Wee Bit Weird

you wanna know what i love? when a chinese lady can tell all about you just by looking at your ear. yes i am indeed being serious. this is what she gathered from my familys ears...

daddio- most goal oriented person in the fam, had to set his goals high and work to achieve them

modge- obviously the most sacrificial person. is that a word? i think soo... well anywho that shouldnt impress you too much because moms usually are.

myself- the most emotional person in the family, base my decisions off of emotion. then it was decided i had the biggest heart as well?

shaq baby- the perfectionist... who woulda thunk

brooklyn- (this was a bit off) the most entreprenuer minded. eh... not so much?

kenziloo- the shortest temper. and she also said, the best communicator. but we all agree she meant worst communicator ; ) kenz would also jump out of the car first if we passed by someone hurt. idk

cass- the most difficult to control. the most opinionated. wow theres a shocker

and kenna sue- the most easy going and best tempered. nailed it! haha

funniest thing ever. she was being totally serious too. had never meant any of us until when she made those accusations. good time.

you wanna know what else i love? my lakers baby. pretty rockin game tonight against the golden state warriors. boom baby. thasss what im talkin bout. such an entertaining 4th quarter.

and also... THE MISSIONARIES! yes i do love them. and temple square. and the missionaries... and hamburgers. did i mention the missionaries? well i meant sister missionaries haha. they are developing a little reserved space in my heart. maybe cause i'll be one shortly. they are beyond amazing. mayb e i'll go to temple square. apparently that IS a possibility. crazyyyy. k now im just getting off subject. i've been doing that recently on these here blogs. sorry. i'll stick to the current topic at hand from now on : )

Snowed In

This weekend was fabulouso! seriously, a wide variety of events lead to the greatest weekend in a long time.

- my sister came home from cedar city

-olive garden blew up (not really, but a gas leak did cause everyone to evacuate the building) it just so happened to be on the day i work a double

-it continued to get worse and they claimed we would be closed ALL DAY! plus sunday too : )

-snow storm up in here by my house. it usually gets way worse than anyone else for some reason. now normally i really dislike the storm as anyone who knows me would say. but the wind was so terrible we HAD to stay inside. like i said, snowed in : ) kenny and i babysat my sisters and we got to play games all day and all night, have a sunny with a chance marathon and watch loads of movies. i havent had simple fun like that in awhile and it reminded me of being a kid and i missed that. so thank you snow for staying just long enough for me to rediscover my childish side but to go away as soon as i want to be outside haha. you were perfect. no take 2

-and sunday my sisters, kenny and i risked getting in trouble with the parentals to play dominoes for like 2 and a half hours. everytime we'd end a round we would sneakily start over again as fast as possible so if they walked by it appeared as though we were continuing the same round haha. many laughs and i love that. i love my sisters. shaquel, im so glad your here for this week. i couldnt be HAPPIER!!!!

Its Official...

Alright guys... so the big news is finally out haha. i am going to be like the girl in this movie, i have decided to go on a mission. Yes, it is that time. now dont freak out, im not gonna be leaving anytime soon. i just barely decided. my birhtday isnt until august, so i can put my papers in may. thats the most planning ive gotten done so far. i need to get those papers and start filling them out. any help, tips, advice would be much appreciated. also, for anyone who wants to, i am taking guesses as to where i will be going, submit an in country and out of country guess and if anyone gets it right they get a little priiiize : ) so there you have it. thanks for those who support me. you're GREATLY appreciated.

This is a little taster of what my day was like. this actually looks like my sister today. BEST. DAY. EVER. i love my life.

so i went to my sisters boyfriends farewell today. our whole family went. it was in grantsville, which is pretty far away. sheesh it was far. so incredibly fun though. the events that transpired?


-viewing the great salt lake. which just gives me a boost for when i move to back to cali. haha. miss it there.
- having everyone in the sacrament stare for literally like 10 minutes as we tried to find seats in a sold out crowd. most embarrassing thing thats happened to me in a while. trust me, worse than it seems.
- hysteric laughter the entire hour car ride home because we had to take all our food in the car.
- dad goes over a speed bump without slowing down while 8 people have plates full of food and drinks without lids! plus half the 8 were 15 and under. that= no good when it comes to balance.
- finding one cazilllion hairs in my brownie AFTER its in my mouth visible at eye level.
- dad going 100 miles per hour, fearing for my life. and being chased by some random guy who thinks hes cool and can tattle tale to the cops. "ooo im so flippin sweet"
- brooke and cass stickin their heads out of the window at 100 mph. cass losing her candy on brookes lap because when having an open mouth at once again, 100 mph, there is no way your slobber and any other contents will stay in your mouth haha.
- playing air guitar
- oh many others but my mind has come to a complete close. i laughed my head off today. felt so good...

So... life has been just a TEENSY bit crazy. but ya know, we deal. Thats all i can really say. I found myself stuck in alot of different situations and i just feel stress, and anxiety and sick to my stomach. THEN! who comes to the rescue? none other than... da da da! Bewitched haha.
